| Reservations for vessels over 18m are confirmed following payment of a deposit of 50% of the total stay (excluding tourist tax and optional services). The deposit must be paid within 15 days of the request being processed. The entire stay must be paid before the vessel arrives |

| * For cancellations received more than two days before the expected day of arrival, the deposit is not refunded |
| * For cancellations received within two days before the arrival date, the customer will have to pay the full amount of the booking. |
